As principal of Desert Heights Preschool my passion for diversity drives me to ensure that every child feels respected, valued, understood, and their unique backgrounds are celebrated. I feel it is important to embrace our differences and learn from one another, creating a welcoming atmosphere where children can thrive. Being able to make a difference in a child’s life is a gift to any educator.
