Frank Migali
Board Member
Frank Migali has been a part of the Desert Heights Charter Schools community since 2014 with both of his children starting in the Preschool program. During much of that time, he has served on the Parent Needs Assessment Committee. He has spent his 20-year professional career in State Government spanning from K-12 Education to Human Service and now serves as the Executive Director of the Arizona Barbering & Cosmetology Board. Frank has a passion for continuous process improvement driving improved results. In his downtime, he enjoys traveling with his family and spending time at the beach in Rocky Point.
